Whatever their season eventual outcome (a crash landing may come as early as Friday, with a crash for good following on Sunday), the Impact players will have gathered a fine bonus in air miles, while the team seems to thrive on silly schedules: 11 games in September, one day in Montreal, then Seattle, Tegucigalpa, Vancouver, Cancun soon, where the season may end and some players decide to stay.

No doubt much to be said in favour of airlines meals or Saputo dairy products.
